    Consistency and proper use are key for effective red light therapy. For optimal results with our highest-quality, LED Lunas panels, follow these basics for general wellness benefits:
    -Position yourself about 6 inches from the device
    -Expose your skin for best results
    -Approximately 10-minute treatment times per coverage area
    -Daily use is ideal, at any time of day

    In addition to the growing number of people using red light therapy devices in their home, red light therapy systems can be found in many professional and clinical settings such as skin care professionals, natural health experts, elite pro athletes ,and sports medicine pros.

  • Should I Wear Eye Protection?

    Eye protection isn't necessary, but we don't recommend looking directly at the LEDs initially, as it can be uncomfortable until your eyes are accustomed to the light. For this reason, we recommend closing your eyes until you find that it’s comfortable to open them. If your eyes are more sensitive to light or if you take medications that have a history of causing photosensitivity, we recommend that you consult with your physician before using any of our devices.

    Any personal information given to lunas.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Lunas.com's server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

Payments

  • How Can I Order?

    You can place orders via our website shop, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Just select the product you would like to have and click 'add to cart.' Follow the steps to the checkout page. Here you will need to fill in your shipping address, choose and choose your preferred form of payment (PayPal or Credit Card).

  • What Payment Methods do you Accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Shipping

  • When Will my Order be Processed?

    All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

  • How Long will it Take to Receive my Order?

    Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take up to 5 business days for delivery in the United States, and up to 10 business days for international orders (depending on location).

  • How Can I Track my Packages?

    Most orders are shipped using multiple packages. Our carrier utilizes a Multiple-piece shipment tracker, which allows you conveniently track all of your packages at the same time. Please note, it is common for packages to arrive at different times, so if you only receive part of your order, the rest should be on its way.

  • Can I Modify my Order?

    Once a standard order has been placed, our third-party typically ships the order 1-5 business days, from the date of purchase. As soon as the order ships, you will receive an estimated date of delivery from the carrier, along with your tracking number. Once your order reaches processing status, it is our policy not to apply any modifications. These modifications include but are not limited to cancellations, shipping and billing or payment. Returns

  • How do I Return an Item?

    All our devices come with a 30-day return period. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, just fill out our return form and we'll provide the return instructions. For more information visit our return policy.

  • Will Shipping be Covered for my Returns?

    All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • What if the Item(s) I Received are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?

    Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

  • When will I Receive my Refund?

    All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
